Q: What is Sweet Trolley?
A: Sweet Trolley is all about spreading joy through customized candy jars. Choose your favorite sweets, personalize your jar with a fun slogan or a company logo, and keep the appreciation alive with easy refill packages delivered right to their door.

Q: Who is Sweet Trolley for?
A: Anyone who loves candy and surprises! So pretty much everyone. Our jars are perfect for birthdays, holidays, corporate gifting, or simply treating yourself.

Ordering & Customization

Q: How do I order a Sweet Trolley jar?
A: Pick your package, choose from 25+ candy options, select a pre-made design or create your own custom label, and place your order, and we take care of the rest—it’s that simple.

Q: Can I customize the jar?
A: Yes! We offer a wide variety of ready-to-go designs, or you can upload your own logo, slogan, or special message for a truly personal touch. For custom logos, we have a maximum size of 3"x3" and need a image quality of at least 300 DPI.

Q: Will you add new candy options?
A: Absolutely—we’re always adding exciting new sweets to keep your jar fresh and fun.

Refills & Packages

Q: How do refills work?
A: We ship 1 lb or 2 lb refill packs straight to your door on every month. Just pour the candy into your jar and enjoy.

Q: Can I change my candy selection for refills?
A: No—you can select your refills at the time of order, or you can select from one of our surprise me options. We cannot change the refills after order, but you can always purchase additional refills from the website with your candy of choice.

Q: Do I return my jar for refills?
A: Nope! You keep the jar—we just send you the candy.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship anywhere in the U.S.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard orders ship out in about 2 days. Custom label orders may take up to 10 extra days to prepare before shipping.

Q: Can I schedule delivery for a special occasion?
A: Yes—you can schedule your order in advance. While we can’t guarantee the exact delivery date, we’ll do our best to ensure it arrives close too and before your chosen occasion.

Allergens & Dietary Info

Q: Do you offer allergen-friendly or dietary options?
A: We carry a variety of gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan candies. Please check product descriptions and ingredient lists before ordering.

Q: Are your jars packed in a nut-free facility?
A: No. Our jars are packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, milk, sesame, fish, shellfish, eggs, and sulfites.

Gifting

Q: Can I send a Sweet Trolley jar as a gift?
A: Definitely! You can ship directly to your recipient and even multiple recipients through a single order and even include a personalized message.

Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
A: Yes—Sweet Trolley jars make fantastic corporate gifts. Contact us for bulk pricing and customization options.

Q: Can I return my jar?
A: Because we sell food items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my refills?
A: No - as we process the packages in a single transaction, our refill shipping schedule is set.
