Refund policy

At Sweet Trolley, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality candy and food items to our customers. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at treats@sweettrolley.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement item or provide store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food and candy items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.
